New customer centric websites to help drive growth for a rapidly expanding global business

Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading, and fastest-growing, international schools group. The company operates 45 international schools globally and educates children aged from 2-18 years. The business appointed Status in 2013 as its lead agency to undertake a complete re-development of the business's digital strategy.

Working with our delivery partners and key stakeholders we undertook extensive audience research with parents and students. We also spoke with teachers, investors and other influencers, to understand what they believe motivates people to choose a Nord Anglia Education school over another.

We helped the business refresh its brand strategy and designed new websites for every school in the group. Utilising new visual styles and emotive photography alongside content tailored to the specific needs of each school, we created new websites that aligned perfectly with the needs of parents and prospective pupils.

The customer's experience

Meet Lexie…

Lexie is the mother of Annabel and Monty, two Nord Anglia Hong Kong pupils.

“We moved to Hong Kong last August from the UK, after only finding out eight weeks before that our family would be relocating! Having moved around a lot in my life the most important thing was to find the right school for the kids and make sure they were going to be happy.

The Nord Anglia website was easy to use and full of valuable content that played a key role in preparing the whole family for moving to a new country. I was able to let the kids see what their new school uniform and new classroom would look like before we even left the UK, and we learned what a typical school day would involve. When everything is so new, that made a big difference!

The amount of very practical information on the site was also very useful. For example, information on buses and bus routes and how the drop off works in the mornings – real information that parents need to know and makes life so much easier.

In fact, the information throughout the website was far more comprehensive than I’ve found with other schools. That made a huge difference for me, particularly given how far away I was when trying to make a decision about which school we wanted the kids to attend".
