    Based on the insights and data we collected, we developed customer personas and a customer journey map to understand the wants and needs of current and potential customers.

  3. NEP wireframes

    The personas and ecosystem helped inform our brand and content strategy, and UX-led design of the new website - which launched in September 2016.

  4. NEP mobile website navigation

    We're now providing NEP with ongoing support and monthly reports to ensure their digital strategy is effective and helps meets their business needs.
