Discover

During our Discovery phase we use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to understand your business objectives and how your customers want to engage with your brand.  The insights we gain are then used during our planning phase to define new marketing approaches, set design direction for websites or mobile apps, and to identify metrics that allow us to track and improve performance.

Plan

During the planning stage, our team will work with you to plan an integrated digital strategy that aligns perfectly with your business objectives. Our plan will be designed to get your brand in front of your target audience and drive traffic to your websites or mobile apps. We'll document your new digital strategy, along with the key objectives and KPIs that will be used to assess how well the strategy is working. Finally, we'll capture key dates and actions in an account plan and we'll create a prioritised development roadmap for your websites and mobile apps.

Create

Now the fun begins! During the 'Create' phase our team work with you to roll out your digital marketing strategy. Our User Experience designers and developers collaborate with you and your customers to prototype and test new websites and apps. Our CRO team set up the analytics and reporting required to track KPIs so we can continuously improve your marketing strategy and the user experience offered by your website or apps.

Refine

It's important when everything is up and running to take a step back and ask: How are we doing? After all, you've invested in a new strategy - you want to know it was worth it don't you? It's time to take a look at your web analytics and marketing data so we can identify what's working and begin to refine what isn't.
