Key Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 - 4 years of proven work experience delivering digital projects such as websites, mobile apps and enterprise CMS system solutions.
  • Experience of working in Agile/ SCRUM principles and methodology
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and Jira, SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent internal communication and team management skills
  • Excellent client facing communication skills to assist in managing scope and negotiation
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask, be able to prioritise and work across a number of briefs concurrently
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the following disciplines – digital strategy, technology, creative and best practice user experience design

Your working week as Digital Project Manager

Every day will be different! The pace will be rapid, with shifting priorities and client demands – steering a clients' project to success will be in your hands   

Project management of a wide cross section of clients and projects - monitoring progress, tracking reports, looking for areas of improvement and proactively resolving issues

Complete project cycle documentation from specifications, risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies logs to retrospective reviews.

Support our new business team in scoping project requirements, preparing budgets and developing detailed project plans

Collaborate with clients to provide project updates and facilitate their feedback and requirements, while managing scope.

Manage internal project meetings to deliver projects on time that meet quality standards

Use metrics and data to measure success.

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to assist in account growth.
